Introduction To BOMCO
Founded in 1937, Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., ltd( BOMCO) is the largest machinery manufacturer under the China National Petroleum Corporation ( CNPC) .
BOMCO can design and manufacture all kinds of oilfield drilling and production equipment including complete sets of rigs. Wellhead equipment, solids control systems, special-purpose vehicles as well as tools and accessories. It holds 10 API licenses including 65 kinds of products. These products are used all over the oilfields in China and many countries in the world.
BOMCO has its products self-developing systems, such as Design Institute, Process Technology Institute, Metrology Center, Computer Center and Material Research Center. And has a series of product test stations. And now, its quality system based on ISO 9001 quality system has been certificated.
BOMCO has 10 sub-plants including foundry sub-plant, forging sub-plant, heat-treatment sub-plant, mud pump sub-plant, drawworks sub-plant and rig assembly division and so on.
Up to now, BOMCO has made business and technical contact with more than 70 firms and companies in the world. And it hopes make many kinds of cooperation with any company, enterprise or factory in the world on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.
Import and Export Company
Import and Export Company is one of BOMCO department that brings marketing strategies into effect. The main business scope is to export oilfield land drilling rigs and equipments overseas and import various equipments and accessories. Import and Export Company established in 1986 and was granted the right for import and export business in 1988. It’ s one of first group enterprises that get the right to import and export approved by MOFTEC and is also got the right to contract overseas projects and export labor service in 2001. The company' s yearly export turnover exceeds 10, 000, 000 US Dollars at present and establishes business relationship with over one hundred companies. The products exports to North America, the Middle East, Central Asia, Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia and the world' s major oil-producing area as well as 51 countries and regions.
The company sets four departments: rig sales department, rig ancillaries sales department, project execution department, general affairs department. It has 35 existing staffs who all have college education covering different majors: international trade, language, machinery and other related professionals with an average age 31 years old. Most staffs got vocational qualification certificates of foreign trader issued by MOFTEC and one of them got international business trader certificate. The team is a young, vigorous, ambitious and fully united team. In recent years the company develops the process of information, promote the development of electronic business trade.
